By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.3 & 4 to register the FIR and to proceed with the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite the complaint being lodged on 18.07.2025, as no action was initiated thereupon, the matter was addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur, but of no avail. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. The Superintendent of Police, Jagatshinghpur, is directed to examine the complaint and in the event the complaint reveals a cognizable offence requiring investigation, he shall register the same proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion in the merits of this case. 6. Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
