In course of hearing Mr. Dhole, learned advocate for the State, handed over a copy of the unassessed OMR sheet of the petitioner, which has been taken on record. A copy of the same has also been provided to the learned advocate for the petitioner. In view of the above, no further interference is warranted in the matter.
