By this application the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, who submitted that applicant is a layman was not aware about the legal provision. Moreover, he was going through the financial crisis and therefore, he could not approach to the Counsel and could not prefer an appeal therefore, delay was caused. There is just and reasonable cause for condonation of delay. 3. Learned APP strongly opposed for the same. 4.
