...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.1, 4 to 7 in illegally detaining the petitioner in the police station on 10.7.2021, 11.7.2021 and 12.7.2021 and harassing the petitioner by beating and causing blood injuries and forcibly obtained the confession of the petitioner for purpose of implicating him in false case as arbitrary, illegal and violation of article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner for purpose of implicating the petitioner in false case in the interest of justice IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents not to disturb the personal liberty of the petitioner by way of detaining in the police station and harassing him to give confession for implicating in the false case without following due process of law pending disposal of the Writ Petition in the interest of justice Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
