The petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner apprehending danger at the hands of respondent No.4 has moved a complaint/representation dated 07.04.2025 before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda. However, no action has been taken upon the said representation till date.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to look into the complaint/representation dated 07.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In view of the restricted prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to look into the representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner and take immediate appropriate action, if required, in accordance with law.
