Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-65182-2024 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 13.01.2025 and on that date the same was allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after about 3 ½ months. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
