By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is not challenging any particular order, but he is challenging the inaction on the part of the respondent authority, whereby the respondent authority have not granted lease over the land bearing khasra No. 362/1 area about 0.11 acre (11 decimal) in which the petitioner has constructed animal center (Pashu shed) under Rashtriya Pashudan Yojna and has been engaged Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.10.10 17:33:39 +0530 2 in employment. The land bearing khasra No. 362/1 is government land and the petitioner and his family member/predecessor have possessed over the said land since 100 years. The petitioner has already made detailed representation before the respondent No. 3 on 13.06.2025, but the same has not been decided till date. 2. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the pending representation, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. However, he submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the same shall be considered/decided in accordance with law. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before the respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in turn the concerned respondents No. 2 & 3 shall consider/decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law/rules/regulations. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
