Muzammil Husain), arising out of Case Crime No. 128 of 1997, under Sections 279, 304A I.P.C, P.S Nawabganj, District Allahabad, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 16, Allahabad. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 BNSS is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
