It transpires that no order was communicated to the petitioner and instead, as per the reply submitted to the contempt petition, vide communication dated 27.02.2019, the complaint filed by the petitioner was forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa for information and necessary action. 3. Sh. Sunil Kumar Sharma, learned counsel representing the respondent, submits that pursuant thereto, around 30 acres of land has been got freed from encroachment and as regards other land, litigation is pending before a Division Bench of this Court as a result of which, further action could not be taken. He, however, fairly concedes that the said communication/order was not conveyed to the petitioner and tenders an unconditional apology for the same on behalf of the respondent.
