It is the contention of the petitioner that he was granted 15 guntas of land in Sy.No.63 of Bathiganahalli - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32287 WP No. 24296 of 2025 Village, Sullibele Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District on 03.03.2018 vide official memorandum issued by the Tahsildar and saguvali chit was also issued in favour of the petitioner on 18.03.2022. 3. The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Hosakote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District, to consider the representation dated 08.05.2025 at Annexure-E given by the petitioner and pass necessary orders to enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has not been entered in the land records till date. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk, to verify the records and find out if an order of regularisation was passed by the Committee and whether Saguvali chit was issued in favour of the petitioner on 18.03.2022. If it is found from the records that the facts stated hereinabove - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32287 WP No. 24296 of 2025 are true, then the Tahsildar shall proceed to mutate and enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, after collecting the necessary fee in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
