D.No.22/6,Batchupet, Machilipatnam, Krishna District ...Respondents Counsel for the Petitioner: NARASIMHA RAO GUDISEVA Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME Counsel for the Respondents:KIRANMAYEE SANDEPUDI The Court made the following order: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 2159 of 2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action, things and deeds of Respondents especially 4th Respondent in harassing the Petitioner and its staff at the instance of Respondents S to 7 by calling its staff to 4th Respondent Police Station by pressurizing them to vacate the premises in D.No.22/6, Batchupeta, Machilipatnam, Krishna District in interfering in Civil disputes, which is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, un-constitutional, against to the Principles of ,Natural Justice, contra to the guidelines and true spirit of G.O.Ms. No.288, Dated- 06-11-2010 issued by the 15 Respondent and in violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India, consequently direct the Respondents especially 4th Respondent not to harass the Petitioner's staff by calling them to 4th Respondent Police Station in interfering in Civil Disputes…” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petition may be disposed of, since the relief has become infructuous in this matter. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
