Present petition has been filed against the judgment dated 05.06.2014 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar vide which judgment of conviction and order on quantum of sentence dated 20.10.2012/30.10.2012 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Yamuna Nagar vide which the petitioner was convicted under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment of six months with compensation of Rs. 50,000/- to be paid to complainant along with default mechanism, has been upheld. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. 3.
