2. The communication dated 15.09.2023 issued by the third respondent vide Annexure-A is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as setout in the Memorandum of Writ Petition.
3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several
contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care.

4. Suffice it to note that a communication was issued to the petitioner on 15.09.2023 stating that she had obtained electricity power supply by furnishing fake documents. The petitioner without submitting a reply has invoked the writ jurisdiction. Hence, this Court deems it proper to direct the petitioner to submit a suitable reply to the communication within three weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this
order. Upon receipt of such reply, the authority concerned shall consider the same in accordance with the law. The BESCOM Authority is directed not to take coercive steps to disconnect the electricity power supply to the petitioner's premises till
consideration of the reply that would be submitted by the petitioner. Needless to observe the petitioner shall pay the regular consumption charges.
