Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State and Sri Alok Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in deciding the application dated June 24, 2024 filed by the her. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising her grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid application before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.3 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the application of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.3/Executive Engineer, Shahari Vidyut Vitran Khand, Lal Diggi, Aligarh is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
