Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate for the respondents/ State. 2. The appellant has filed this petition praying for following prayer:- “It is therefore humbly and respectfully, pray to this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to allow this writ appeal, and set-a-side the liberty given to the respondent, by order dated 14.8.2025 "liberty is reserved in favour of the respondents to initiate fresh proceeding in accordance with the Police Regulation, if they so desire" in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the court to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
