This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 14.05.2024 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 147 and 504 of the IPC and sections 3(i)(r)(s), 3 (i)( s ), 3(2)(v)(a) of the scheduled castes and scheduled tribes (prevention of atrocities) act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these appellants along with other co-accused persons abused him by caste name and assaulted
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2657 of 2024(5) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 him due to which he sustained injuries. Injury allegedly caused by these appellants are grievous in nature .
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed.
