5 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N. CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 15110 of 2019 The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that after due investigation, the police laid charge sheet vide SC No.386 of 2017 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Guntur and the same is pending, for trail. 3. The present Writ Petition was filed stating that the respondent authorities did not furnish copy of re-investigation report including the report of CB-CID. 4. There is no dispute that the petitioner was arrayed as one of the accused in SC No.386 of 2017 and hence, the petitioner can file application before the concerned Sessions Court, for obtaining re-investigation report, if any, filed by the respondent Police. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Writ Petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Sessions Court, for obtaining re-investigation report, if any. 6
6. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed, at the stage of admission itself. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court in accordance with the law, for obtaining re-investigation report, if any, filed by the respondent Police. No costs.
