This is an application praying for impleadment of the applicants in the connected writ petition being WP(C)517(AP)2024 claiming to be a necessary parties. Page No.# 4/4 Mr. M. K. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel has no objection for impleadment of the applicants, however, Mr. I. Choudhury, learned Advocate General for the State has vehemently objected to the impleadment of the applicants. Having considered the grounds for impleadment, and also considering the nature of grievance raised in the connected writ petition, this Court is of the view that the applicants appears to be a necessary parties. Accordingly, this Court deemed it appropriate to allow this application.
