The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. Total 888 liters of Beer (illicit liquor) has been recovered from Tata Yodha pick-up van and apprehended person disclosed that aforesaid liquor belongs to petitioner. As per paragraph – 3, petitioner has got four criminal antecedent of similar nature. 4.
