By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 to monitor and supervise the ongoing investigation in connection with Shabaranga P.S. Case No.257 of 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the FIR though initially registered under Section 363 IPC it has subsequently turned to one of the offences under the POSCO Act. However, the opposite party No.4 is roaming scot-free and also extending threat to the victim. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. the IIC, Shabaranga Police Station to monitor the investigation himself and ensure submission of the Final Form, if any within a period of one month, if there be no other legal impediment and to apprehend the accused if so required for the purpose of investigation and to proceed with appropriate action if any by a fair and diligent investigation. 4.
