GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the 1st Respondent to forthwith conduct enquiry with regard to the nexus between the 1st Respondent and 8th Respondent and the role of the 1st Respondent in the illegal act done by the 8th Respondent by trespassing into the 25 Cents of land belonging to the Petitioner with 28 years old red sandal trees and not taking any action against the 8th Respondent and further declare the action of the 4th Respondent in not registering FIR against the Party Respondents in pursuance of the complaint given by the Petitioners wife dated 18-02-2025 even though it is the legal obligation on the part of the 4th Respondent to register FIR and conduct investigation thereby depriving the rights of the Petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and issue consequential directions directing the 3rd Respondent to forthwith conduct enquiry with regard to the illegal act of Party Respondents trespassing into the Petitioners land and the nexus between the 8th Respondent and 1st Respondent and take appropriate action including removing of fencing erected by the Party Respondents in the Petitioners land by handing over the land occupied by the 8th Respondent, and further direct the 5th Respondent to forthwith conduct enquiry against the 4th Respondent for not registering the criminal complaint against the 8th and 9th Respondents in pursuance of the complaint made by the Petitioners wife dated 18- 02-2025 with a direction to the 4th Respondent to forthwith conduct enquiry and take appropriate action including directing to register FIR against the Party Respondents in pursuance of the complaint given by the Petitioners wife dated 18-02-2025 and take appropriate action according to law.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 3. Permission is accorded. 3 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
