ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue Writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with life and liberty of the petitioner and repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station at the instance of respondents 6 and 7 and threatening to implicate in false cases if the petitioner failed to pay the alleged amount due to the 6th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and rights guaranteed under Art 21 of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioner to the police station and not to harass the petitioner, and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri V. Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint lodged by respondent No.6, a case in Cr.No.221 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 79 r/w 3(5) of BNS was registered against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law relating to the
crime which has been registered against the petitioner. There shall be no
order as to costs.
