This Court vide order dated 05.12.2018 as an interim measure directed further proceeding in MATA Case No.18 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh would remain stayed. 3. On the last occasion when the matter was on board vide order dated 20.01.2025 the service of notice on opposite party was held to be sufficient and on the same date no one represented either the Petitioner or the Opposite Party. 4. Today none appeared for either of the parties on repeated calls. 5. This matter is of the year 2018. It seems that by efflux of time, the Petitioner has lost her interest to prosecute this matter. 6. Faced with such situation, this Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter. 7. Accordingly, the TRP(C) stands dismissed for non- prosecution. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. 8.
