The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 186 days to prefer the appeal against the conviction. In para 4 of the application, learned counsel for applicant explained sufficient reasons to condone the delay which reads as under:- “4. That the impugned judgment and order against which the appeal preferred before this Hon’ble Court was passed on 30/09/2024 and the prescribed limitation for filing appeal being 60 days, the appeal ought to have been filed on or before 30/10/2024. That the appellant/accused being behind bars since 01/07/2020 and his family economical status being financially weak, the appellant could not approach this Hon’ble Court earlier and thus delay of 186 days is caused filings appeal.” 2 2 appa 503.25 3. Considering above facts and circumstances, we deem it fit to condone the delay of 186 days. 4. In view of above, application is allowed and disposed of. 5.
