Singh, A.P.P. --- 02 / 17.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jharia (Borragarh O.P) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022 for the offences registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. It is alleged that during the intervening night of 06 / 07.06.2022 between 12.30 a.m. to 3.30 a.m., 50-60 unknown persons committed dacoity in Borragarh Colliery Office and took away cables and motor parts from there. Dacoits also assaulted the Informant and his associates. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Jharia (Borragarh O.P) P.S.
