Kato, learned DSGI for the respondents No.1, 2 and 4 as well as Mr. R. H. Nabam, learned Additional Advocate General for the State respondents No.5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and Mr. O. Pada, learned counsel for the respondent No.3. 2. Petitioners, 42 in numbers claiming to be owner of the land have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction for payment of the compensation for the land which is sought to be acquired for improvement of road Ditte Dimme-Migging from 0.00 to 191.00 KM to NH Double Land specifications in Upper Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh. 3. In the writ petition, following prayers were made: a) To direct the respondents to make payment of fair and adequate compensation to the petitioners in lieu of the land and assets that is being sought to be acquired for improvement of road Ditte Dimme Migging from KM 0.00 to 191.00 KM to NH Double Lane Page No.# 12/13 specifications in Upper Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh; b) To direct the respondents to inform the petitioners of the findings in the report of the Fact-Finding Committee that was constituted to re-verify the land and assets sought to be acquired for improvement of road Ditte Dimme - Migging from KM 0.00 to 191.00 KM to NH Double Lane specifications in Upper Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh; and c) To direct the Respondents to compute the compensation payable to the petitioners at the prevailing market rates in terms of the Act of 2013 and further to grant all consequential benefits as per the provisions of the Act of 2013. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Fact-Finding Committee which was constituted to verify the land and assets sought to be acquired for improvement of road Ditte Dimme-Migging from Km 0.00 to 191.00 Km to NH Double Land specifications in Upper Siang District of Arunachal Pradesh has been made available to the petitioner. 5. It is further submitted that the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Siang District has forwarded the Fact-Finding Committee report along with compilation details thereof before the Director of Land Management, Government of Arunachal Pradesh for further necessary action. 6. Given the above subsequent development, the learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, submits that the petitioners now has a limited prayer, that since the Deputy Commissioner has already submitted the Fact Finding Committee report along with compilation details thereof and Page No.# 13/13 the compensation amount has already been released and deposited before the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Siang District, Yingkiong, the Deputy Commissioner, Upper Siang District, Yingkiong, may be directed to released the compensation amount to the petitioners as per the Fact Finding Committee report and in terms of the Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 7. The learned Additional Advocate General, Mr. R. H. Nabam has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and submits that the amount may be released if they are entitled as per the Fact-Finding Committee report. 8. In view of the above, and as consensus reached to by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, respondent No.7 to release the compensation amount to the project affected families (PAF) as per the Fact Finding Report along with the solatium in terms of the Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 9.
