ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents no 2 to 4 in not registering F.I.R against the 5 to 7 respondents and there men, on the complaint dated 30-05-2023 given by the petitioner, is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and Art 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents no 2 to 4 to register F.I.R on the complaints dated 30-05-2023 and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri T V Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submits that the police have not registered any crime on the basis of the petitioner’s complaint dated 30.05.2023. The learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. have been initiated by the Tahsildar against both the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no Order as to costs.
