The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the order dated 13.8.2019, whereby the discharge application under Section 227 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicants was rejected as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 53 of 2017, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1)(X) of SC/ST Act, pending in the court of Special Judge (SC/ST) Act, Jalaun, District Orai and further to stay the further proceedings of aforesaid case. 3. Vide order dated 13.8.2025, the matter was sent for verification to the court concerned. The office through it's report dated 23.9.2025 has placed the report dated 13.8.2025 of the court concerned. Perusal of the same goes to show that Addl. District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Jalaun at Orai vide is report dated 3.9.2025 has stated that the parties did not appear before the court concerned and they have not filed any such compromise and as such the same could not be verified. 4. Today even in the revised list, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant (s). The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution as such. 5.
