Petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that her application dated 14.4.2025 to grant Child Care Leave is not being decided. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner refers an application, a copy of which is annexed along with the writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent on the basis of written instructions submitted that on 22.4.2025 i.e. soon after this writ petition was filed, application of petitioner was considered and Child Care Leave from 16.4.2025 to 15.5.2025 was granted. A copy of the order is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that since grievance of the petitioner has been adequately addressed, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Taking note of aforesaid submission, since grievance of the petitioner has been adequately addressed, this writ petition is disposed of.
