It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the right of the estate of the appellant and the LRs have been impleaded only to pursue the present appeal. CM-16626-CII-2025 & FAO-4214-2022 This is an application under Order 23 Rule 1 CPC read with Section 151 CPC for allowing the appellant to withdraw the main appeal in view of the compromise effected between the parties. For the reasons stated in the application as well as the fact that the compromise has been effected between the parties, the present application is allowed and the applicant-appellant is permitted to withdraw the main appeal itself. CM-16627-CII-2025 This is an application under Section 151 CPC directing the Registry of this Court for releasing an amount of Rs.25,000/-.
