Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioner a crime was registered in Cr.No.133 of 2023 under Sections 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC, 3(1)(r),3(1)(r), 3(1)(s),3(2)(va) SC ST POA Act on the file of Ongole Taluk police station, Prakasam District against respondent Nos.5 and 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
