This prayer has not been opposed by the Kunal Ravi Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel as well as Sri C.P. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. 4. After the aforesaid order was passed, a prayer has been made by Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel that since the present petition had been connected along with other petitions and being leading petition, affidavits had been filed in this petition only and at the time of final hearing of the other petitions, the affidavits filed in this petition is required, hence, this petition be also listed along with other petitions only for perusal of record. 5. In this view of the matter, office is directed to retain the present petition with the other petitions when they listed next.
