At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the respondents/competent authority raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition along with the copy of petition and in turn, respondents/competent authority may also be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest within any specific period as fixed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he is having Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. On the basis of submission made by both the counsel for the parties, at this stage, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation regarding grant of promotion and higher pay-scale and raising all grounds as raised in this writ petition along with the copy of this petition before the respondent/competent authority within ‘two weeks’ from today and on submission of such representation the respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the same within an outer limit of 60 days from the submission of such representation in accordance with the relevant rules, law, circulars and instructions applicable to the case of petitioner. 4.
