This revision has been filed against the Order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Title Suit No. 3/2024 by the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Seppa, East Kameng District. Whereby, the learned Trial Court instead of fixing the suit for evidence of the plaintiff/respondent has fixed the suit for ex-parte hearing due to none appearance of the petition. 3.
