The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.2.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Transfer Application No. 49 of 2024. The writ Court in its order dated 20.2.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Transfer Application No. 49 of 2024 directed the court concerned not to pass any final order/judgment in this matter, but even though the learned court has passed the final order/ judgment. I have considered the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record and order dated 20.2.2024. From perusal of the same, writ Court has not passed any stay order and ultimately dismissed the petition as infructuous. Therefore, this Court is of the view that it is not a case of willful disobedience of the order dated 20.2.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Transfer Application No. 49 of 2024.
