The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned notice dated 16.04.2025 in Case No.T20251338030 under Section 130 of BNSS, P.S. Hasanpur, District Amroha. 3. The District Social Welfare Officer has issued notice to the petitioner directing him to file reply to the notice dated 16.04.2025, but the same has not been filed. 4. The petitioner may file objection to the aforesaid notice and the decision thereon be taken by the public servant concerned after considering his reply, by passing a reasoned order. 5. Learned A.G.A. has not objection. 6. In view of the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
