Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun, on the basis of a compromise arrived at between parties. 6. Despite sufficient opportunity, parties are not present before this Court to ratify the compromise arrived at between them. 7. In view of this fact, compounding application (IA/1/2025) is rejected. 8. Since, the present writ petition has no force, the same is accordingly dismissed.
