THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCIALIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Award dated 28.06.2022 passed by the III Additional Labour Court at Bengaluru in REF.No.41/2019 vide Annexure-B. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: 1. The Petitioner 3 Corporation to reinstate the workman into service as fresh trainee. 3 2. Petitioner is not entitled for any relief like arrears, backwages, continuity of service and consequential benefits. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 28.06.2022 passed by the III Additional Labour Court at Bengaluru in Ref.No.41/2019 vide Annexure-B.
