ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in initiating the necessary action by registering the FIR basing on the petitioner's complaint dated 06-07-2023, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to register the FIR basing on the petitioner's complaint dated 06-07-2023, investigate the mattere and to file the charge sheet before the appropriate court of law and to pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR basing on the petitioner’s complaint dated
06.07.2023.
4. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court basing on the complaint of the petitioner a crime was registered in Cr.No.119 of 2023 under Sections 448, 323, 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC on the file of Krishnagiri Police Station, Kurnool District against accused persons.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
6. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
