Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant, Bheem Sain, before this Court with the prayer to quash the impugned order dated 23.01.2019 passed by the Sessions Judge ETA, Corruption Case No. 244 of 2022 under Sections 420 IPC and 7,11,13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Eta. 4. The records show that on the first day of presentation of the petition on 16.12.2023 there was no representation on behalf of applicant and following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court: "None appears on behalf of applicant. Learned A.G.A. for the State is present. List on 17.01.2024." 5. Subsequently, today again there is no representation on behalf of the applicant despite two learned counsels are appearing in the matter. 6. The present petition is dismissed for non prosecution. 7.
