ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in not responding to take appropriate action as per the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the basis of the complaint dt.18-12-2021 made by the petitioner against the Respondent Nos.5 to 8 in spite of an endorsement dt.20-12-2021 by the 2nd Respondent as highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure and violative of Art.14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on the said complaint as per the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and pass..…”
2. Heard Sri Chenchu Ranga Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that an enquiry was conducted pursuant to the endorsement of the 2nd respondent dated 20.12.2021, after which a report was submitted. It was further stated that a case in Crime No.869 of 2021 for the offence under section 420 and 506 r/w 34 IPC of Kanchikacherla Police Station was registered against the petitioner and his associate based on the complaint of the 6th respondent, and investigation is in progress.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
