1. This is the second bail application of the applicant who has been arrested on 14.12.2023 in Crime No. 163/2023 registered at Police Station Balrampur, Dist- Balrampur-Ramanujganj for the offence under Section 302, 201 of IPC. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits vide order dated 04/12/2024 passed in MCRC No. 6021/2024. Thereafter, the applicant preferred an SLP (Crl) No. 1118/2025 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, which has been SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Digitally signed by SAGRIKA AGRAWAL Date: 2025.10.10 18:06:01 +0530
2 dismissed as withdrawn on 27/01/2025 and thereafter, the present second bail application of the applicant has been filed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, however, he would submit that since the applicant is in jail since 14.12.2023 and till date only 07 witnesses have been examined out of total witnesses, therefore, the learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
3. Not opposes by learned State counsel.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 14.12.2023, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
