GP FOR REVENUE 3 BKM,J W.P.No.5870 of 2021 The Court made the following ORDER: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in taking steps for allocation of house sites in survey No.190 (new survey No.437) of Jambuvaripalli Revenue Village of Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District, for house sites under “Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu Scheme, contrary to the directions of the Government issued in G.O.Ms.No.74 Industries and Commerce (M.I.) Department dated 16.02.2002. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court in this writ petition dated 17.03.2021, the subject land was not utilized for the purpose of the above said welfare scheme of housing. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4 submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in survey No.190 (new survey No.437) of Jambuvaripalli Revenue Village of Bangarupalem Mandal, 4 BKM,J W.P.No.5870 of 2021 Chittoor District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
