SATAPATHY Order No. ORDER(ORAL) 10.09.2025 01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Mr. Direndra Kumar Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner while seeking leave to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the witnesses to the disclosure statement. Mr.Mohapatra further, submits that the IO is not cooperating in this case for his examination. 3. In such view of the matter, the present bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty as prayed for and the learned trial Court is requested to take proper and concrete steps for examination of the rest of the material witnesses.
