The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the chagesheet of Crime No. 14/2020 of Police Station Patthalgaon Distt. Jashpur and Criminal case no.292/2021 pending before JMFC Patthalgaon, Distt.Jashpur for an offence under section 498-A,34_of IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
