Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi pending before ACJM, Court No.8, Jhansi and further to stay the further proceeding of aforesaid Complaint Case during the pendency application before this Hon'ble Court. 5. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 10.1.2017 subject to deposit of Rs.30,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 15.4.2017, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 15.4.2017.
