Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 69 of 2021, registered at Police Station, Doiwala, District Dehradun under Sections 376, 420, 323 and 506 IPC. 3. The impugned FIR is on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 4. Perusal of the FIR reveals that specific allegations have been levelled against the petitioner and the ingredients of those offences are also made out from reading of FIR. 5. In view of the parameters laid down by Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of M/s Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra & others, reported in AIR 2021 SC 1918, this Court does not find any scope for interference in the matter. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition fails and is dismissed. 7.
