The Court made the following ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri V.V. Raghavaiah, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Shaik Meeravali, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner; Sri Shaik Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings, Transport and Labour and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Para No.5 of the Counter Affidavit filed by the Respondent No.5 would indicate that the said Respondent has admitted the bills and has uploaded the said bills on the CFMS Portal on 22.06.2025. Having taken note of this fact, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition with a direction to the Principal Secretary, Finance & Planning Department (Respondent No.2) and also other concerned Departments to complete the entire administrative process, Inter-departmental and Intra-departmental, within a period of 16 weeks, by way of mutual coordination and cooperation and transfer the net due amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four weeks thereafter. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit his bank account details for the purpose of transfer within two weeks from today. 3. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 4. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
