THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO 1) QUASH THE IMPUGNED AWARD DATED 16/03/2024 PASSED BY THE LEARNED PRINCIPAL DISTRICT JUDGE, SHIVAMOGGA, IN APPLICATION 10(1)(c) NO. 02/2019 VIDE ANNEXURE-A. 2) DIRECTING THE RESPONDENT TO REINSTATE THE PETITIONER BY PAYING FULL BACK WAGES AND ALL OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL BENEFITS FROM THE DATE OF DISMISSAL TILL THE DATE OF REINSTATEMENT. THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Judgment and Order dated 16.03.2024 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge & Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Shivamogga in Application 10(1)(c) No.02/2019 vide Annexure-A.
After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Both the parties have filed a Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows:

" 1. The Respondent 3 Corporation agreed to reinstate the Respondent 3 workman into service without continuity of service, without consequential benefits without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement subject to production of fitness certificate by the petitioner only. 2. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. "
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Judgment and Order dated 16.03.2024 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge & Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Shivamogga in Application 10(1)(c) No.02/2019 vide Annexure-A.
