Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the applicants/petitioners have filed WPS No. 5318 of 2025 claiming Krmonnati Vetanman after completion of 10 years of service from initial date of appointment, however, due to advertence the order with respect to rationalization of the petitioners has been passed by the impugned order. Therefore, the order dated 19-06-2025 passed in WPS No. 5318 of 2025 may be recalled and the matter may be heard on its own merits. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the present MCC is allowed and the order dated 19-06-2025 passed in WPS No. 5318 of 2025 is recalled and WPS No.5318 of 2025 is restored to its original number.
